Insurance Customer Support & Sales Associate (Entry-Level)

Brightway Insurance is seeking a motivated, career-minded individual to join our growing independent insurance agency in Rockwall, TX.

We are looking for an individual with strong customer service and communication skills who is eager to learn the business, obtain their Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license, and grow into a larger role within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, claims support, and general insurance inquiries
• Support the agency with quotes, data entry, and policy processing
• Learn insurance products, coverages, and carrier systems
• Maintain accurate records in agency management systems and CRM platforms
• Collaborate with agency staff to create a seamless client experience
• Identify opportunities to help clients with additional insurance needs
• Work toward obtaining your Property & Casualty insurance license (if not already licensed)

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
