What You Will DoasAnInsurance Customer Service Supervisor
Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Respond toescalatedcustomer service issuesin a timely manner
Continuously improve call center processes and performance.
Ensureteamcompliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, including call volume, response times, Quality, and customer satisfaction.
Assistin training and hiring of customer service staff
What You Will BringasAn Insurance Customer Service Supervisor
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and customer service software
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field, or equivalentexperience
Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance
P&C LicensedRequired
Recent call center handling experience

What You Will GetAsAPorch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: $54,000 to $75,600 annually
*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number offactors amongwhich areyour work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
