The agency provides insurance-related services and ongoing policy support, helping customers navigate their insurance needs, manage policy information, and receive assistance with routine service requests.
With a strong emphasis on dependable service, professional communication, and customer relationships, the company is seeking an organized and customer-focused professional to support its insurance service operations.
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Specialist to support the daily customer service and administrative operations of an independent insurance agency.
In this role, you will assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, policy documentation, renewals, claims intake, and general insurance service requests.
You will communicate with customers and insurance carriers, maintain accurate records, follow up on pending requests, and ensure that customer needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and managing multiple responsibilities.
Previous insurance experience is a plus but is not required. No insurance license is needed for this position.
