What You'll Do

• Analyze and litigate insurance coverage and bad faith matters involving:
  • Commercial General Liability (CGL)
  • Personal lines
  • D&O, E&O
  • First-party property claims
• Draft coverage opinions and evaluate complex policy issues
• Litigate coverage disputes in state and federal courts
• Work with a diverse client base, including:
  • National insurance carriers
  • Specialty and non-admitted insurers
  • Collaborate closely with experienced partners on sophisticated matters

What Were Looking For

• Some experience with insurance coverage analysis or litigation preferred
• Litigation experience of any type is helpful
• 2–8 years of experience, though all levels considered
• Active Georgia Bar license (required)
• Strong legal writing and issue-spotting skills
• Interest in developing deep subject-matter expertise
