We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Contracts Coordinator to join the Group Purchasing Department. Working closely with the Contracts Manager and reporting to the Group Purchasing Director, you will be responsible for managing the Group’s insurance contracts and supporting subsidiaries across Eutelsat Group.

This role offers broad exposure to multiple functions and international stakeholders, making it an excellent opportunity for a professional eager to grow within a global organization.

Who You Are:

You are a structured and reliable professional with a strong sense of detail and organization. You enjoy working cross-functionally, interacting with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Your pragmatism, openness, and communication skills enable you to manage insurance-related topics efficiently in an international setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and monitor all Group and local insurance contracts in coordination with the Group Purchasing Director
  • Collect and consolidate data required for insurance renewals
  • Set up and monitor renewal and payment deadlines, including alerts
  • Liaise with Accounting to ensure accurate payment tracking and reconciliations
  • Prepare, electronically sign, and manage contract amendments and invoice payments
  • Respond to subsidiary requests (certificates, information, attestations)
  • Verify compliance and accuracy of insurance documents provided by subsidiaries
  • Update insurance summary information on an annual basis
  • Prepare dashboards and reports (premiums, claims, certificates)
  • Maintain and develop the SharePoint site dedicated to Risk Management & Insurance
  • Prepare meeting materials and draft meeting minutes
  • Collect and compile documentation for major insurance claims and follow up on their progress
  • Act as backup for the Contracts Manager in their absence
  • Support the contracts team during peak activity periods

What You’ll Need:

  • BTS Insurance qualification or Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Bac +3 / +5) in Risk Management, Legal Studies, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance coordination or management role
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) in an international environment
  • Strong attention to detail, rigor, and a pragmatic mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
