Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Consultant to assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products and managing their policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
  • Present and explain insurance products clearly including terms, premiums, and benefits
  • Process new policy applications, renewals, and amendments accurately
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and claims support professionally
  • Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
  • Achieve individual sales and retention targets consistently
  • Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, and TCF requirements at all times

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or consulting
  • RE5 qualification and relevant FAIS credits required
  • Strong knowledge of short-term or life insurance products
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
  • Target-driven with a client-first approach
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • NQF Level 4 qualification in Financial Services preferred

Salary: R22,000/month + commission | 100% Remote
