Manual claim setup and data entry into the claims system.
Review emailed claim documents and accurately enter information.
Follow special handling procedures for specialty financial lines claims.
Manage "problem losses" (claims missing key information such as policy numbers or claimant details).
Conduct outbound calls to agents, insureds, and claimants to gather missing information.
Review legal and insurance-related documents to locate required information.
Insurance claims experience required
Commercial/specialty insurance experience is more valuable than personal lines experience
Guidewire ClaimCenter system experience is preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sun Prairie, WI.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
