As an Insurance Business Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring and optimising insurance profitability within fleet insurance. You will combine data analysis, process expertise, and business insight, acting as a vital link between Operations, Sales, Management, and external partners.
What awaits you?
Reporting & Data Quality: Deliver reliable reporting and maintain the quality of insurance data by developing dashboards and management reports to enable sound decision-making.
Process Optimisation & Application Management: Optimise processes and manage applications related to claims, contracts, and premium administration, including parameter management and drafting work instructions.
Stakeholder Management & Advisory Role: Serve as the main point of contact for insurance products, advising Sales, Operations, and Management while identifying trends and proposing improvement initiatives.
Representation & Communication: Represent the organisation in interactions with customers and suppliers, ensuring strong stakeholder management.
Project Support, Compliance & Self-Management: Support projects focused on digitalisation, efficiency, and risk management, ensuring compliance and contributing to application management.
Autonomous Teamwork & Continuous Improvement: Work autonomously within a self-managing team, with a continuous improvement mindset.
