You are responsible for providing day-to-day clerical and insurance expertise to support the management of insurance underwriting information for the City’s integrated claims and insurance program. Maintains insurance schedules and related underwriting information, the City’s historical and current original insurance policies, resource files and underwriting material. Assists with the review and administration of insurance and indemnification requirements. Issues and distributes third party certificates of insurance and the annual distribution of insurance confirmation to various external third-party insurance clients. Assists with insurance program projects including the marketing of the insurance program and provides general clerical support.
Completion of Grade 12
Five (5) years clerical experience of which two (2) years in an insurance related environment.
