Have you been looking for a role that challenges you and allows your leadership skills to drive change? Are you looking to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment? You’ve come to the right place!
Founded in 2011, we are a mental health organization dedicated to providing access to high-quality mental healthcare in our community. We offer business-to-business support services for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices, simplifying lead-generation, marketing, insurance billing, and payment collection processes. With over 2,000+ mental health providers and 22 locations (and virtually via Telehealth) in 7 states, we are committed to growth, transparency, and making an impact in mental health services.
The Insurance AR Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale Insurance Accounts Receivable function responsible for protecting and optimizing organizational revenue through denial prevention, claim resolution, reimbursement recovery, financial reconciliation, and operational excellence.
This role leads a multi-level team of Insurance AR Specialists, Leads, and an Assistant Manager, driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement across the revenue cycle. The Manager establishes clear operational standards, develops frontline leaders, and ensures payer-related receivables are managed effectively while balancing productivity, quality, compliance, and financial outcomes.
As a key revenue cycle leader, the Manager leverages AR, denial, reimbursement, quality, and productivity data to identify trends, mitigate risks, allocate resources, and improve organizational performance. Partnering closely with Revenue Cycle leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, they influence operational strategy, strengthen payer performance, improve cash flow, reduce denials, and enhance the provider experience.
The Manager is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing Insurance AR operation through workforce planning, leadership development, process optimization, automation, reporting, and operational controls. Success in this role is measured through revenue recovery, denial reduction, operational efficiency, team effectiveness, compliance, and the organization's ability to sustain a scalable and financially healthy reimbursement operation.

It is a conflict of interest to be a client of Mindful Therapy Group while employed with MTG or Mindful Support Services.

We’re Mindful Support Services, founded in 2011 with a mission to create access to mental health in our community. We serve a diverse group of mental health clinicians with tools to build their own successful businesses in a sustainable and mindful way.
Services include lead generation and marketing; administrative and practice management support; billing and accounting.
We are unique in that we put mental health providers in the driver’s seat, while providing a full service experience for them and the clients they serve. We believe that in order for clinicians to avoid burnout and provide the best treatment for their patients, they need high quality support, better reimbursement, and an environment they feel good in and about.
We started this business because we believe there is a better way to provide mental health services to the community at large, and we will continue to add Mindful Therapy Group locations and build our virtual therapy program as long as there are providers looking to build something with us and clients are getting the help they need and deserve. Currently serving Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Colorado and Washington.
