Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs
Recommend and sell a range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring they have the best coverage
Aim to exceed sales goals for personal and agency growth
Stay informed on insurance products and industry updates
Use CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and renewals
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for agency growth
1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and closing business
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges
Strong organizational and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred or a willingness to obtain one
Bilingual abilities are valued
