Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development relating to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with car dealers, vehicle manufacturers and retail outlets, as well as commercial functions associated with the direct (branches, call centres or digital channels) and indirect (through third parties) sale of consumer finance products.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

Santander Consumer Finance is looking for an Insurance Product & Service Value Proposition Management based out of Madrid.

Your role will involve developing and overseeing the insurance product for Santander Consumer Renting Spain.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing existing agreements and supplier relationships

• Developing new strategies to improve the company’s profitability

• Designing the new local insurance strategy

• Developing and implementing business cases

• Monthly reporting and technical analysis of insurance results

• Defining and implementing insurance pricing strategies

Professional Experience

  • 6 years of experience in companies specialising in motor insurance, preferably vehicle leasing(Required)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration or a similar subject (Required)

  • Master’s degree in the insurance sector (Preferred)

Languages

  • English (Required)
