We are currently looking for someone to join our Operations team based out of our Nottingham office. This key operational role focuses on coordinating the successful setup of insurance agreements while working closely with underwriting, finance, legal, and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within insurance operations. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end set-up of new insurance agreements, renewals, and amendments, ensuring accuracy across systems and alignment with internal processes
  • Coordinate and track workflow activities across multiple departments, liaising with stakeholders and external counterparts to ensure timely and compliant agreement finalisation.
  • Ensure Bordereaux (BDX) formats meet contractual requirements and are accurately mapped to Master Data Templates, working closely with data providers to achieve this
  • Support system configuration and process improvements, maintaining high-quality data, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently customer-focused approach

We're looking for an organised and motivated individual who is keen to develop their career within insurance operations. This role would suit someone with around 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, underwriting support, broker support or insurance environment who enjoys working with data, processes and multiple stakeholders. You'll have strong attention to detail, be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, and enjoy solving problems and improving processes. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.
