Ncite Partners is currently partnering with a leading sugar manufacturing company based in Wyoming, seeking an Instrumentation/Electrical Supervisor to join their team.

Our Client

The Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this individual will lead a team of technicians and oversee all instrumentation and electrical systems within the facility.

• Supervise and support electrical/instrumentation technicians and daily activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to reduce downtime.
• Plan and implement upgrades and new installations for plant systems.
• Ensure all instruments are calibrated and maintained to standard.
• Collaborate across departments to improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial electrical/instrumentation experience; food or sugar industry preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
• Proficient with PLCs (Allen Bradley), SCADA, VFDs, and instrumentation calibration.

• Strong understanding of power systems, control loops, and technical schematics.
