ALES ASIA was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Our factory is located in the Taichung Science Park in Taiwan and it has class 1000 and 100 cleanroom (192 m2) and ISO 9001 certificates.

We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. We strives for continuous improvement in terms of product quality, production capacity and services. We will always be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.

Provide expertise and competence/ project coordination and management support throughout the project cycle.
Review detailed design for Electrical & Instrumentation engineering related documents and drawings received from AL Engineering and or Contractor in order to meet project requirements in accordance with local standards and regulations in all “operating zones”
Ensure adequate installation, commissioning of HV/LV and control system equipment according to applicable standards.
Support the company’s project management plan in delivering the electrical and instrumentation part of the project to the specified safety, quality, and timeline and in budget.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Prepare tender documentation if required

• Prepare tender evaluation documentation acc. to existing matrix if required

• Monitoring the scope of works

• Managing and overseeing the contractor’s teams onsite and offsite

• Determine estimated time/ man-hours for work completion working together with the planner/scheduler/project controls

• Check drawings, single line, schematic diagrams and protection scheme for electrical power generation and distribution equipment/systems.

• Check alignment with detailed specifications for high, medium and low voltage electrical power substations and distribution equipment such as power generators, MCC, transformers etc.

• Check out the works internally within AL E&C

• Check and control detail electrical design of high, medium and low voltage power generation and distribution system according to DD of contractor derived out of basic design line diagram.

• Prepare or check electrical power and control cables interconnection block diagrams

• Assist in planning and implementing safety, loss control and environmental programs.

• Performs routine engineering work requiring application of standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.

• Support contractor in their DD and engineering works for all electrical and instrumentation systems

• Carries out a sequence of related engineering tasks in assignments, which require limited exercising of judgment and independent evaluation in alignment with the technical departments within AL E&C

• Analyzing and resolving field construction issues.

• Support of preparation of project construction drawings where still required for, electrical / instrument location plant, cable tray layout, MCT

• Layout and other electrical / instrument engineering deliverables as required.

• Reviewing of CAD Engineering and Designers work from Air Liquide Engineering and Korean contractor(s)

• Develop/ prepare or check instrument schematics, loop drawings, and layout drawings from existing basic design.

• Prepare DCS/PLC controls systems and verify functional specifications.

• Prepare, review and distribute RFIs.

• Check ITPs, and develop work process and controls for punch list items

• Maintain punch list with Superintendent and manage close-out.

• Maintain Issue_Log.

• Manage project closeout and obtain all warranties required for final acceptance.

• Project delivery in time, budget and quality

• Budgeting & reporting

• Attend all project team meetings

• MS Project schedule development and maintaining

• Providing amendments in WBS (work breakdown structure) with aligned consequences as required

• Other duties assigned

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Instrumentation qualification as required in Taiwan
