Key Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare and issue accurate sales and service quotations based on customer requirements and RFQs
• 
  Follow up on quotations to drive conversion and support revenue growth
• 
  Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics for efficient delivery
• 
  Provide customers with updates on order status and delivery timelines
• 
  Support External Sales Representatives in achieving sales targets
• 
  Deliver professional, solution-driven customer engagement and support
• 
  Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• 
  Manage accounts, opportunities, and leads via CRM systems
• 
  Provide market insights and customer feedback
• 
  Build and develop strong customer and reseller relationships

Requirements

• 
  National Diploma, N6, or Trade Test in Instrumentation & Automation
• 
  ±5 years’ experience in instrumentation
  (service, maintenance, projects, or sales)
• 
  Solid understanding of process instrumentation and its applications
• 
  Strong
  communication skills
  and a
  service-focused approach
• 
  Good
  problem-solving ability
  and
  attention to detail
• 
  Computer literate,
  with the ability to learn new systems quickly (you'll work with MS Office; CRM/SAP)
• 
  V
  alid driver’s license
