About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instrument / Telecom Supervisor to join our team, and this role will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all instrumentation and telecommunications activities to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities

  • -Provide expert supervision and technical leadership for all Instrument and Telecom construction activities at the SHI Yard.
  • -Ensure all works are executed safely and in strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations (Contract Mode 3).
  • -Coordinate effectively with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to maintain a seamless project workflow.
  • -Review and approve technical submittals, ITPs, and method statements related to Instrument and Telecom works.
  • -Identify and mitigate potential technical risks, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • -Be available for business trips to other project work sites as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • -Proven experience as an Instrument / Telecom Supervisor or in a similar senior technical role within a major construction project.
  • -In-depth knowledge of instrumentation systems, control philosophies, and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • -Strong understanding of international codes and standards.
  • -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • -Compex Certification is highly desirable.
  • -Previous experience working on an FLNG project is a significant advantage.
