Job Responsibilities:

  • According to the company and workshop management system, I am responsible for the maintenance and repair of instrumentation and control equipment, regular inspection and troubleshooting of equipment, ensuring normal use of equipment, and ensuring the smooth completion of production plans.
  • Strictly abide by the company's various management systems, implement the safety operating procedures for this position, improve personal safety awareness, and hold a valid certificate to work.
  • Understand the operating status, technical condition and defects of instrumentation and control equipment, make timely and accurate maintenance and repair records, clean the maintenance site in a timely manner after maintenance, and ensure that the equipment can operate normally and quickly after maintenance.
  • Responsible for the requisition, safekeeping, and maintenance of important instrumentation and control equipment and special tools;
  • Analyze the instrument control equipment drawings and develop a simple maintenance plan;
  • Comprehensive data analysis is used to diagnose hidden faults in instrumentation and control equipment;
  • Complete the maintenance of the control system loops and troubleshoot simple electrical and instrumentation control faults.
  • Use pressure and temperature calibration equipment to complete instrument calibration work;
  • Responsible for leading the team to complete the emergency repair and restoration of critical equipment;
  • Propose optimization suggestions such as shortening maintenance time, optimizing maintenance plans, and improving project management.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
  • The relevant work shall be carried out in accordance with EHSQ requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time vocational school diploma or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechatronics or related fields;
  • Over eight years of experience in maintaining instrumentation and control equipment in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises; familiar with electromechanical equipment in chemical enterprises;
  • Master the structural principles and system correlations of relatively complex equipment systems such as analyzers, DCS, PLCs, and weighing systems;
  • Those holding relevant special operation qualification certificates (electrician, automation instrumentation, high-altitude operation, etc.) will be given priority consideration.
