As an Instrument Technician, you will work in a fast-paced, agile, and continuously growing environment supporting the production, testing, and maintenance of veterinary diagnostic instruments and technology. You will perform manufacturing processes, system configuration, and troubleshooting/repair tasks while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
You’ll play an important role in assembling and supporting innovative products that improve the health and well-being of animals and people worldwide.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

This role is essential to ensuring the performance, reliability, and quality of diagnostic instruments. Your technical expertise and attention to detail directly support product integrity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while contributing to continuous improvement in manufacturing and service processes.
• You will assemble and test electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components across multiple product lines
• You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning instruments and equipment
• You will execute and support preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability
• You will document test procedures and results using PC-based tools, including spreadsheets and data analysis
• You will assist in creating and implementing manufacturing and service procedures and documentation
• You will perform production tasks including assembly, inspection, packaging, and system configuration
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and service operations
• You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting Lean practices and process enhancements
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or electromechanical repair environments
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, including experience with testing equipment and tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred, or willingness to learn and engage in continuous improvement
• Target hourly rate of $19 / hour based on experience
