This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee instrumentation and control (I&C) construction activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of installation, testing, and commissioning preparation works while supporting overall project delivery objectives.

Reporting to the Construction Manager / Discipline Superintendent, your immediate focus will be overseeing instrumentation and control construction activities on a major EPCM refinery project, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, and schedule achievement across all assigned work areas.

Suitably qualified with a Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, you will ideally have experience in an Instrument Supervisor role on major EPCM, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Power projects, supported by a minimum of 10 years of relevant construction experience.
What will set you apart will be your ability to safely lead instrumentation and control construction activities on complex refinery, petrochemical, and industrial projects while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, project stakeholders, and client representatives. Your commitment to HSES excellence, quality delivery, and instrumentation construction best practices will contribute to successful project outcomes.
