1) Instruct gamers in exercise role-playing techniques
2) During exercises, assist gamers in use of simulation models and role-playing
3) During exercises, assist gamers in implementing rules and workarounds to offset simulation model abnormalities and increase exercise realism
4) Operate Government vehicles, as required
5) Install, operate and maintain Battlefield Visualization equipment in support of selected exercises/training events at KBSC and remote sites
6) Provide staff support for After Action Reviews or to Opposing Forces
7) Perform other duties as directed
Qualifications
Minimum job requirements:
1) Honorable service as an officer or noncommissioned officer in the US Armed Forces
2) Experience with Allied and US Joint doctrine, organization, and procedures
3) Experience with US Army doctrine, organization, and procedures
4) Experience in conducting instruction
5) Experience with war gaming or staff techniques
