
The Middlebury College Summer French School is pleased to announce vacancies for temporary instructors of French language. The positions are available during the summer 2019 session and located on Middlebury College campus in Vermont. Our unique 7-week program combines a cultural immersion environment with rigorous daily classroom instruction.
We are looking for faculty members who are able to contribute to our program by offering engaging French as a Second Language classes at all levels of the undergraduate curriculum.
In addition to the salary, lodging and a meal plan will be provided.
The successful candidate possesses at least an MA degree or equivalent and substantial experience in teaching French as a Second Language in higher education, preferably both in a Francophone setting and in North America. The successful candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaborative competences and is sensitive to matters that relate to diversity and inclusion.
