The role focuses on delivering quality teaching following SEI guidelines, preparing and organizing learning materials, managing the classroom, assessing students, and communicating with parents. Candidates should have a degree in Education, love working with children, be patient, cheerful, creative, responsible, and proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
Duties:
Ensure that the teaching is follow the lesson program & guideline from SEI.
Ensure effectiveness of Teaching quality and classroom management.
Manage prepare Teaching materials.
Prepare and maintenance the learning/teaching materials center.
Organize and develop the teaching materials.
Attend and present parent-teacher meetings or workshop/consultation.
Organized the parents interview, introduce the application, and student assessment.
Set up suitable that match students learning abilities.
Prepare student assessment report and explains clearly to parents.
Prepare weekly checklist and teaching plan for parents.
Supervise students the class, schoolyard, during arrive drop off time.
Sensitivity patience key assets.
Others tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree Education or related field,
Fresh graduate or at least one-year teaching experience young learners
Love working with kids, patient and can make learning fun with kids
Cheerful and has a good smile.
Always clean and neat.
Has good presentation skill and creative.
Monitoring skill and motivate kids during teaching time
Self-motivated, take initiative, sensible have team spirit
Be punctual have high sense responsibility and open minded for learning new things.
Excellent English- listening, speaking and writing.
Good at using Microsoft Word, Excel and power point.
Good planning, communication, and organizing skills.
