
CSMART is currently looking for an Instructor for our Technical Department for 40 hours per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality training programs, supporting continuous improvement through simulation-based learning, and integrating current and emerging technologies and procedures.
To achieve and maintain the highest maritime standards, you will continuously develop your expertise and have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as Marine Engineering, Prime Movers, Energy Efficiency, HVAC, Hydraulics, Safety, Compliance, Environmental, Leadership, and Human Element, tailoring your knowledge to the evolving needs of the cruise industry. Applicants must possess strong technical skills, a high degree of self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
The role focuses on training provided to cruise ship officers. You will contribute by bringing your technical expertise to the training center and sharing this knowledge with the training department staff members.
