The Instructional Systems Designer's (ISD) primary role is to design and develop instructional material for all levels of sales and application, or technical services training courses for internal and external customers. The ISD demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills. The ISD will use these skills to determine audience, develop learning objectives, create content and activities, and identify the appropriate method of delivery.
Analysis Functions
Experience in technical writing, teaching/training, performance measuring, multimedia, curriculum and course development. Ability to work independently or on a team. Associate's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject preferred.
