  Conduct research on hospitality practices, training requirements, and industry standards.
• 
  Analyze training package requirements and competency frameworks.

  Design structured learning modules and training materials.

  Translate research findings and SME knowledge into practical learning content.
• 
  Review and refine learning materials for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.

  Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 
  Experience in
  Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Vocational Education, or Training Development.
• 
  Experience designing
  learning materials, structured modules, and assessments.
• 
  Strong
  research, writing, and analytical skills.
• 
  Experience interpreting
  competency frameworks or structured training requirements.
• 
  Ability to translate complex information into
  clear learning content.

• 
  Experience in
  hospitality training or industry-based learning environments.
• 
  Experience with
  RTO
  s,
  vocational education or competency-based training programs.
• 
  Background in
  curriculum development or assessment design.
• 
  Experience collaborating with
  subject matter experts in technical or operational fields.
