    Instructional Learning Designer

    , you’ll explore hospitality topics, training frameworks, and industry standards — then transform that knowledge into structured learning programs that build real-world skills.

  • This role blends

    research, instructional design, and assessment development

    . You’ll investigate complex topics, collaborate with subject matter experts, and design learning experiences that are clear, practical, and aligned with competency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on hospitality practices, training requirements, and industry standards.

  • Analyze training package requirements and competency frameworks.

  • Design structured learning modules and training materials.

  • Develop assessments aligned with learning outcomes and competency standards.

  • Translate research findings and SME knowledge into practical learning content.

  • Review and refine learning materials for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.


Requirements


Required Qualifications (

Must-Have):

  • Experience in

    Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Vocational Education, or Training Development.

  • Experience designing

    learning materials, structured modules, and assessments.

  • Strong

    research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Experience interpreting

    competency frameworks or structured training requirements.

  • Ability to translate complex information into

    clear learning content.

Preferred Qualifications (

Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience in

    hospitality training or industry-based learning environments.

  • Experience with
    RTO

    s,

    vocational education or competency-based training programs.

  • Background in

    curriculum development or assessment design.

  • Experience collaborating with

    subject matter experts in technical or operational fields.
