We are seeking Instructional Designers at the mid- and senior-levels to join our client’s team In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality learning experiences and developing modern courses and training content, using AI-powered tools. We are seeking experienced, self-driven professionals who value quality, enjoy working in a project-based environment, and feel comfortable collaborating closely with client-side stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Analyze source materials and learner needs to define learning objectives and content strategies.
Design engaging, well-structured courses and interactive lessons based on instructional design principles.
Edit, simplify, and structure content to ensure clarity, conciseness, and alignment with learning outcomes.
Review and quality-check draft and final learning materials.
Apply and promote best practices in instructional and learning design.
Collaborate with content authors, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Manage learning projects end-to-end, often handling multiple initiatives in parallel.
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Professional experience at the mid or senior level in instructional design, learning design, education, course development, or training programs.
Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Sana AI, or similar).
Practical skills in prompt engineering
Experience delivering learning or content-driven projects.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Experience with learning needs analysis and translating insights into effective learning solutions.
High attention to detail and quality.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
Work in a mature, international project environment.
Real impact on the quality and direction of learning experiences.
Collaboration with teams actively using AI in course and content creation.
