Own and execute the learning, instructional design, and operational documentation strategy for Supply Chain

Create SOPs, work instructions, user guides, job aids, assessments, and e-learning resources for warehouse operations and broader supply chain functions

Establish and maintain a centralized, searchable Supply Chain document library with strict version control, governance, and audit readiness

Directly supervise, coach, and manage the workload of the Operational Documentation & Compliance Specialist

Measure training effectiveness, document compliance, and partner with process owners to support operational change management
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, Supply Chain, or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical documentation, learning strategy, and document control
-
Experience supporting warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, demand planning, or manufacturing functions
-
Familiarity with SharePoint, document management systems, LMS tools, SAP, or Körber WMS
-
Proven leadership capabilities, adult learning expertise, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or controlled document environments

Work Environment

Conditions are that of a normal warehouse environment, which can be extremely hot or cold based on outside weather conditions

Noise levels are consistent with forklift traffic; high noise levels require proper protective equipment[cite: 1, 2].
