In this role, you'll combine creativity, technology, and learning expertise to design, develop, and deliver impactful training solutions that accelerate product knowledge, improve performance, and support business growth. What You'll Do

Design & Develop Learning Experiences

  • Create engaging virtual, eLearning, and multimedia training programs that support business objectives.
  • Design training materials including, job aids, reference materials, videos, and interactive learning assets.
  • Develop learning materials that build confidence and competency for both frontline and management teams.

Innovate & Improve

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance existing training programs to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and business outcomes.
  • Explore emerging learning technologies and digital solutions to modernize training experiences.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and performance data.

Partner & Collaborate

  • Work closely with clients, subject matter experts, operations leaders, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Support compliance-related training initiatives for retail teams and ensure training programs align with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate training projects from concept through implementation and follow-up, ensuring successful execution and adoption.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering adult learning programs in a corporate, retail, or educational environment.
  • Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
  • Experience creating training materials, job aids, guides, manuals, and performance support resources.
  • Experience with video scripting, editing, and multimedia content development.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft 365 Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.
  • Familiarity with web-based learning, virtual training, and distance learning methodologies.

Work Environment

  • Corporate office environment with up to 20% travel to regional offices, client locations, and vendor sites.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for extended periods (typically 6+ hours per day)
  • Use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
  • Lift and carry light items (e.g., files, office supplies, laptops, typically 20+ pounds)
  • Reach, bend, or stoop occasionally to access files or office materials
  • Maintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work
  • Follow clear directions
  • Perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, clicking) consistently throughout the day

Strong interpersonal and highly developed writing skills; acute attention to detail.
