The Instructional Designer is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement for training, reference, and performance support materials consistent with Habit’s culture and mission. This will require a creative and innovative approach to learning that can accommodate the fast-paced restaurant environment. The focus is primarily on development and delivery within an online and blended learning environment. This position will report to the Manager, Learning and Development, will be based at our home office located in Irvine, CA and requires some local travel.
Salary Range: $88,500 - $104,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
