We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support the development and delivery of impactful learning experiences across the organization.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about creating engaging training content and growing their skills in instructional design and facilitation. In addition to building learning materials, this role will also support communication and visual consistency across learning programs to enhance the overall learner experience.
What You’ll Do
Instructional Design & Content Development
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, and participant resources
• Support the creation of instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs
• Translate business needs into clear learning objectives and practical, easy-to-follow content
• Apply adult learning principles to enhance engagement and knowledge retention
Learning Communications & Brand Support (Light Focus)
• Support the development of clear and engaging communication materials for learning programs (emails, announcements, presentations)
• Ensure learning materials maintain a consistent and professional look and feel
• Assist with basic formatting, layout, and visual improvements to enhance learner experience
• Align messaging with team standards and tone for internal communications
Continuous Improvement
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance learning effectiveness
• Assist in refining and updating existing training programs
• Identify opportunities to improve learner engagement and overall experience
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning & development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable presenting or facilitating small group sessions
Preferred
• Exposure to instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, adult learning principles, etc.)
• Experience creating training materials or supporting learning programs
• Familiarity with PowerPoint or content development tools
• Basic design or formatting skills (visual layout, readability, etc.)
