The opportunity:
Design and deliver high-quality, branded learning products that combine advanced instructional design with professional visual design. Elevate TrafoSchool’s content quality, consistency and learner experience across all engineering curricula.
How you’ll make an impact:
Design multi-modal learning (e-learning, VILT, classroom) with clear objectives, assessments and practice.
Transform SME inputs into structured, engaging modules with strong pedagogical flow.
Ensure curriculum alignment and content readiness for LMS (SCORM/xAPI, metadata, quizzes).
Create brand-aligned visuals: diagrams, icons, illustrations, infographics and technical schematics.
Produce modern layouts, course covers and visual templates for consistent look & feel.
Develop motion graphics/micro-animations and edit video/audio assets as needed.
Enforce content lifecycle, versioning and quality gates; modernize legacy materials.
Maintain TrafoSchool visual identity and template library in line with HE brand guidelines.
Work with Curriculum Lead, SMEs, HETMs and Platform team to ensure accuracy, relevance and operability.
Mentor contributors and champion best practices in learning and visual design.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia/Graphic Design, Engineering or related field.
6+ years designing learning for technical audiences, with strong graphic/multimedia portfolio.
Expertise in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects or similar).
Instructional architecture and adult-learning methods. Graphic design & visual storytelling for technical topics.
Multimedia production and motion basics. Quality mindset and template governance.
Proven ability to visualize complex engineering concepts and workflows.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
