You’ll be leading a talented and passionate learning design team that is focused on raising the bar for training across the business. The team is creative, collaborative and driven by delivering simple, effective learning that truly supports our people to succeed. This is a brilliant opportunity to combine leadership with creativity. As Instructional Design Lead, you’ll set the vision for what great learning looks like and bring it to life through your team and your own design expertise.

PRACTICALITIES
This full-time role will be based at London Gatwick with onsite presence Monday to Friday. The role requires flexibility to travel across our easyJet network as needed, depending on business requirements.
