In this role, you will manage and grow high-value institutional client relationships within the fast-evolving digital asset and Web3 ecosystem. You will act as a key strategic partner for institutional investors such as hedge funds, asset managers, quantitative trading firms, and family offices. The position focuses on driving asset inflows, trading activity, and long-term client engagement across a dynamic crypto trading environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, and delivering tailored product solutions. Working in a high-performance, global setting, you will collaborate closely with internal product, compliance, and risk teams to support complex client needs. This role requires strong market understanding, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing institutional client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring strong client engagement across the full lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in institutional client management within the crypto or financial services industry, combined with excellent communication and execution skills.
