Institutional Client Service EMEA supports institutional investors across Europe, the Middle East and Africa through ongoing servicing and relationship support. The team partners closely with Sales, Investment and Operational teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Joining the team offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of internal experts, build deep institutional market knowledge and play a key role in supporting some of the firm's most important client relationships.

How you will add value

  • Manage a portfolio of institutional clients across the Middle East.
  • Act as a trusted day-to-day client service contact.
  • Coordinate client enquiries through to resolution.
  • Support onboarding of new mandates and accounts.
  • Lead and support client meetings in Arabic and English.
  • Oversee client reporting, presentations and service materials.
  • Maintain accurate client and mandate records.
  • Monitor service quality, risks and client feedback.
  • Build strong partnerships across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
  • Support governance, audit and control activities.
  • Share knowledge and support colleague development.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Three to four years' experience in institutional client service.
  • Experience supporting institutional client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Technical Skills

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Understanding of Middle Eastern institutional clients and markets.
  • Experience managing client servicing activities and priorities.

Soft Skills

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Client-focused and service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and accountable approach to work.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Work Schedule & Location

Hybrid working model, with 4 days per week in the office.
