MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installing interior and exterior equipment such as shelving, cabinetry, tool storage, flooring, partitions, ladder racks and other equipment
• Installing electrical and power systems such as inverters and GPS trackers
• Removing or disconnecting parts that need to be replaced or modified
• Troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments or repairs
• Ensuring the work environment is safe by using the proper tools, wearing protective equipment, and following safety guidelines.
• Experience in using hand tools such as drills and drivers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in assembly work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to quickly follow instructions and guidance
• Attention to detail, thoroughness
• Willingness to change behavior, approach or strategy as needed to adjust to changing environment
• Working as a productive member of a cohesive group toward a common goal, and contributing to team development and effective team dynamics
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
