The opportunity

Are you analytical, structured, and energized by turning complex data into real business impact? Do you want a role with global reach where the data you own becomes a direct lever for Sales, Service, and business growth? Then we have the ideal opportunity for you!

As Installed Base Manager at our Product Service Centre in Zurich, you will take ownership of the worldwide installed base for the high voltage products manufactured at our Swiss factories. Based in our Product Management and Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with Country Installed Base Managers around the globe, safeguard the accuracy of service history and asset data, and empower Sales, Service, and technical functions with dashboards and analyses that drive business decisions.

How you'll make an impact

  • Safeguard the data quality of the global installed base for our Swiss-manufactured high voltage products

  • Build strong working relationships with our Country Installed Base Managers worldwide, act as their central product counterpart, and jointly identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and priorities

  • Prepare, analyze, and enrich large data sets, identify errors, and continuously improve data quality

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and tailored analyses that empower Service Sales, Area Sales Managers, and technical troubleshooting teams

  • Deliver cross-functional digital analyses and dashboards that create value beyond the installed base scope

  • Ensure a smooth data handover from new business to service in close collaboration with the Quality department, and partner with Field Service Management to keep field data accurate

Your background

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, data science, or a related field; open to both recent graduates and candidates with some years of relevant experience

  • Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data quality, with structured and reproducible ways of working

  • Experience with Power BI, or a clear motivation to build up these skills; SAP knowledge is beneficial and SQL is a plus

  • Curiosity and a problem-solver's mindset: you enjoy digging into complex topics and designing pragmatic solutions

  • A balance of vision and adaptability, with comfort in guiding stakeholders through change

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and regions

  • Fluent English is mandatory; German and any other language are considered an asset
