G4S, as a member of Allied Universal®, the world's leading security services provider, is expanding its team in Metamorphosis, Attica, Greece, and we are seeking a talented Installations Supervisor (Coordinator / Administrator) to join our Large Projects Security Systems team.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Installations Supervisor (Coordinator / Administrator) to oversee the planning, execution, and administrative management of our technical projects. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between management, technical teams, and external subcontractors, ensuring that all installations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Onboarding & Preparation:

    • Receive new project assignments and thoroughly review specifications

    • Conduct inventory and material checks to ensure all necessary components are available before project launch

    • Handle comprehensive project preparation to guarantee a seamless kick-off for the field teams

  • Scheduling & Dispatch Coordination:

    • Plan and schedule installations

    • Efficiently manage and optimize the daily schedule, routing, and task assignments for the technicians

  • Contract & Subcontractor Management:

    • Draft, review, and manage subcontracting agreements (Contractor Agreements) for external partners

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B subcontractors

  • Financial & Administrative Operations:

    • Monitor project closure and perform final financial data entry into the company system

    • Review, process, and track B2B subcontractor invoices

    • Maintain and monitor the timesheets/attendance logs for administrative and field personnel

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in technical project coordination, installation scheduling, logistics, or a similar operations role.

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical/field discipline.

  • Technical & Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technical installations (prior experience or knowledge of SMP & LP systems is highly desirable).

  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and hands-on experience utilizing ERP systems for financial entries and invoicing.

  • Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Strong communication abilities to effectively bridge the gap between technical crews and corporate administration.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure, handle tight deadlines, and resolve scheduling conflicts on the fly.
