The role...

We are looking to recruit an Installation Supervisor is to support the project delivery and control installations with a hands-on approach. The Installation Supervisor is responsible along with the Project Co-ordinator to ensure that the installation of each job is completed on time and within budget by managing the day to day running and quality of the projects within the region.

What you will do...

Pre-Installation:

• Resource planning with Project Co-ordinator
• Requesting equipment for planned jobs
• Checking and confirming equipment along with all paperwork is ready for installation
• Prestart site visits / quote reviews

Installation

• 1st Point of contact regarding installation queries
• Installation progress reviews and escalation of issues
• On site visits and spot checks
• Prestart meetings
• Quality Control
• Management of the works within the field
• Monitoring Engineer Productivity
• H&S Audits

Post installation

• NSI Site Audits
• Contractor & Project Audits
• Site Training (where applicable)
• Hand over to customer and field service teams
• Support commissioning process

Management

• Ensuring works are completed within the required timescale
• Identify issues with quotation and highlighting issues with Project Managers

Qualifications

What you will need...

• Required to hold CSCS cards, Asbestos awareness certificates, and current IPAF & PASMA certificates & may be requested to attend trade contractors Supervisor courses.
• Good technical knowledge of security systems
• Experience of managing a team
• PC literate in MS Office Suite (inc. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
