Job Description

MISSION:

  • Define and update the Installation processes and specifications in alignment with the needs from PM Ops and the requirements from WTG designers
  • Design and validate tools for installation of Nordex turbines considering requirements from engineering, PM, QHSE and Sourcing
  • Translate the lessons learned from Wind Farm’s into requirements for Engineering to improve the WT design

TASKS:

  • Analyse and establish Installation Process&Tools based on parameters and characteristics of the product design
  • Take part in product development groups. Review designs and propose improvements and corrections from Installation and COE perspective
  • Creation of Installation manuals
  • Solve incidents and improvements actions opened by PM Ops and Quality Departments related to Installation documents and tools
  • Travelling to Wind Farms or factories for new tools or turbine prototypes to validate/review Installation processes

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Control processes in CAD-PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill, CREO viewer, autoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP
  • Teamwork and close relationship with other departments
  • High English is compulsory
  • Abailability to make short trips
