Job Description

  • This is a 35+ year old residential flooring company serving homeowners throughout New York
  • Backed by reliable service, strong resources, and a clear growth plan, this company is focused on rapidly expanding their Long Island presence

What is Being Offered:

  • Base + bonus (total $125K-$150K)

What The Position is About:

  • Build and lead install operations, driving growth in install volume and efficiency
  • Oversee subcontractor crews to ensure daily installation, productivity, and total quality
  • Oversee all aspects of project installation and customer experience, post-sale to final installation
  • Conduct regular job site visits to inspect installations
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
  • Facilitate effective communication with vendors and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate operational performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Adapt to changes in the market and promptly respond to customer demands

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Installation management experience within the flooring industry
  • Experience managing subcontractor crews and customer service
