A rapid-growth residential and commercial floor coatings company is in a period of aggressive expansion — founded in 2023 and projecting approach to $100M in revenue by 2027. With multiple locations and high-velocity growth targets ahead, the company is hiring an Installation Manager to own field installation operations. This is a people-first, systems-driven leadership role — managing 30+ crews and approximately 75 field staff (and growing), building the operational playbooks that allow the business to scale without losing quality or consistency. The right person thrives in fast-paced trade environments, leads with accountability, and is energized by building things from scratch.
The Installation Manager will own end-to-end installation operations across all markets — from crew scheduling and quality control to SOP development and executive reporting. This is an HQ-based leadership role requiring regular field presence, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous crews in multiple geographies.
