Your Responsibilities

• Lead all HPA (Harness Production Area) daily operations.
• Ensure safe working practices and high quality standards.
• Deliver production according to project schedules.
• Manage capacity, workload and priorities.
• Develop KPIs and performance reporting.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, supply chain and installation teams.
• Develop team competencies and support future growth of the HPA organization.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience managing production or industrial teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electrical manufacturing, harnesses or assembly operations.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
• Fluent English.
