The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,000to$120,000 per year at the time of posting. Final compensation will bedeterminedbyvarious factorssuch as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Work multi-functionally with the Portfolio BU Installation leadership team to identify business process, reporting, and analysis needs
  • Provide planning, estimating, and forecasting support
  • Write queries to extract, transform, summarize, and present data & information to end users
  • May be ad-hoc reporting or in support of established reporting/dashboarding in Power BI
  • Build, update, and maintain Power BI, the SAP cloud analytics platform, and SAP Analytics for Office (AfO) reports to support business processes and end-user needs
  • Analyze, justify, and present recommendations for business processes and courses of action that ensure alignment with strategic direction
  • Identify & resolve complex problems through the application of problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Proactively find opportunities for improvement within the Portfolio BU, the Installation function, and the Project Execution organization
  • Collaborate with other Installation Business Analysts to ensure consistent and uniform reporting format and compliance with corporate visual identity & style guidelines
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the Chief Analyst

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically BS/BA in a related field or an advanced degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience or specialised knowledge MAY be substituted for a degree when applicable
  • Strong familiarity with SQL, query design, and relational database models
  • Familiarity with SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization & dashboarding tool
  • Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
  • Expert-level skill with Microsoft Excel
  • Extensive experience with data cleansing, preparation, manipulation & analysis
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Typically 5-8 years of successful experience in a related position
  • Experience in the material handling, transportation, or intralogistics industries preferred
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience may be accepted in place of experience when applicable
