Purpose

Huskey Building Supply is hiring an Install / Service Dispatcher to keep our projects running smoothly across Middle Tennessee. If you’re organized, quick-thinking, and enjoy solving problems while helping customers, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do as an Install / Service Dispatcher:

• Schedule installations and service calls for crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate jobs based on materials, weather, and customer needs
• Communicate with customers, field teams, and project managers daily
• Keep projects on track by confirming job readiness and details
• Track job progress and help close out completed work

What We’re Looking For in an Install / Service Dispatcher:

• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Clear communication and customer service mindset
• Ability to stay calm and adjust in a fast-paced environment
• Basic comfort with computers and scheduling tools
• Dispatching, scheduling, or construction experience is a plus (not required)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
