What The Position is About:

• Oversee all installation crews to ensure daily installation, productivity, and total quality
• Oversee daily records and scheduling of installations, operating as the bridge between field and office
• Conduct regular job site visits to inspect the installations
• Oversee all aspects of project installation and customer experience, post-sale to final installation
• Supervise ordering and scheduling of product to ensure that all materials are on time to job sites
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Meet with each active crew and customer daily and guide customers through required decisions involving scope adjustments mid-projects
• Facilitate effective communication with vendors and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
• Adapt to changes in the market and promptly respond to customer demands

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Project management experience within the residential construction/remodeling/carpentry industry
• The ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously (between 2-6 projects daily depending on the season)
• Face to face customer service experience
• Roofing, siding, windows, or painting experience is highly preferred
