Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality security system installations to customers across the region. This is a hands‑on, autonomous role where you’ll take ownership of installation projects from planning through to handover. If you enjoy variety, problem‑solving, and working directly with customers, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing allocated installation projects alongside the Project Manager, including planning, scheduling, installation, and final handover.
• Reviewing project files to understand contract requirements and ensuring all specified equipment forms a complete, functional system.
• Liaising with Sales and customers to clarify any technical or contractual queries before work begins.
• Monitoring project progress, highlighting any issues that could affect timelines or profitability, and updating the Project Manager through regular reviews.
• Completing commissioning and completion certificates, with support from a Senior Engineer when needed.
• Escalating delays or challenges promptly - especially where contractual penalties may apply.
• Arranging and delivering end‑user training, or coordinating with other departments to ensure customers understand their new system.
• Working closely with the Service Department to hand over installations and share key system information.
• Feeding back insights to help improve processes, highlight recurring issues, and celebrate successful installations.

Requirements

• Experience working with security systems.
• A full Category B driving licence.
• Eligibility to obtain the required level of security clearance.
• Good understanding of written and oral English and Norwegian.
• Confident communication skills and good computer literacy
