What youwill do

OurInstallationEngineers are involved ininstallingFire AlarmSystemsThe successful engineers willinstallFire Alarm Systemsto the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry leading technical knowledge. We are looking for engineers whohave the abilitytoidentify and rectify problems before they occur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served Engineer to work within a high performing team, focusing on a geographical region. Howyou willdo it

  • Provide excellent Customer Serviceto exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.

  • To Servicethe appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.

  • Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs areprioritisedcorrectly.

  • Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.

What we look for

Essential:-

  • Experience within Fire & Security industry

  • Driving license

  • Ability to lift and climb ladders

  • Had or have previous experience working in acustomer facingenvironment

Preferred:-

  • Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry i.e. 18thedition/ NVQ/ City and Guilds/BTECFIA
