Responsabilidades Essenciais:
Realizar inspeções em materiais e equipamentos adquiridos, bem como em produtos fabricados e montados pela empresa, com base em desenhos, normas e guias de inspeção, visando garantir o atendimento aos padrões de qualidade exigidos;
Efetuar a identificação dos itens inspecionados;
Realizar testes de estanqueidade quando necessário, identificando possíveis imperfeições decorrentes do processo produtivo;
Emitir comunicados de não conformidade das ocorrências identificadas durante as inspeções, encaminhando aos responsáveis para as providências cabíveis;
Registrar informações no sistema SAP;
Executar inspeção de materiais e equipamentos com uso de instrumentos de medição, como paquímetro e micrômetro;
Manter contato frequente com fornecedores e clientes para alinhamento de tratativas relacionadas à qualidade;
Realizar contenção de estoque, quando aplicável.
Qualificação Requerida:
Residir em Itajubá/MG;
Ensino Técnico Completo em Mecânica ou Eletromecânica;
Experiência prévia na função.
