You will be the Inspector Sr for the Inspection Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Inspector Sr you will be responsible for conducting thorough visual and dimensional inspections of subsystems, mechanical units, and assemblies to guarantee they meet customer specifications and internal standards.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform visual inspections of in‑process and completed products using predetermined methods and specifications.
• Utilize measuring devices and calibrated tools to detect structural flaws, internal defects, and dimensional variances.
• Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units based on inspection criteria.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control or other control procedures.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

**Work Schedule - 3X12 - 3 12 hr days Fri-Sun; Mo/Tu/We/Th off

Basic Qualifications

• Strong attention to details.
• Good organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Ability to quickly learn multiple inspection / verification methods and requirements.
• Effective interpersonal skills, concise verbal and written communication.
• Successful completion of on-site, Alabama Industrial Development Training (AIDT) required prior to start.
• Minimum of (1) year documented PCO experience.
• Must be available for work at Troy site: 3x12 Friday through Sunday, with the expectation of overtime as required.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with Apriso/SAP and or related quality systems.
• Knowledge of aerospace or defense industry manufacturing .
• Experience using handheld and/or digital inspection equipment.
• Minimum of (1) year documented PCO inspection experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $41900.00 - $77700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
